Great news!  We met with some Canadian owners at Laketown Wharf today.  After a very pleasant conversation regarding managing their condo rentals we signed our contract.  We are very excited to manage unit 1737!  It's a very nicely appointed 1 bedroom 2 bath with pull out sleeper sofa and futon in the bunk area.  The balcony has a commanding view of Thomas drive and Front Beach road as well as prime viewing for the water fountain exhibit. The master bedroom window allows you to bask in the evening sunset glow.  Can't wait to get in and take pictures to share on the site.
